Call It Fate by Elizabeth Wyke

Fate

ElizabethWakeI received a copy from Elizabeth Wyke for an honest review…
When I started the book, I thought that it was going to be a sweet romance. Two people meeting each other in college and starting a relationship. Seeing the ups and downs and hoping that the happily ever after comes in the end.. but the book through me for a loop.
Hannah has a tragic past. She is trying to keep on going after the death of her parents. College is giving her a chance for a normal life. Spencer seems to be just there. He works in the library where Hannah meets him. A book is what brings her to him.
From that first meeting, everything changes for them both.
Call it Fate is a great book. It is sweet, but also has a mystery that surrounds Hannah and Spencer. I am really looking forward to what Ms. Wyke is working on next. This book would be a great start to an amazing series!

Bound By Fate (Moon Bound Series Book 1) by Mandy Lou Dowson

Great read!

BoundByFate

I recieved a copy of Bound by Fate from the author, Mandy Lou Dowson for an honest review..
I am partial to werewolf books. They have always intrigued me. This one definitely did.
The beginning of the book starts out with a tragic event. It started the mystery that was sad, but made me want to know what had happened and what was going to happen.
Beth is a pure blood were. She is young and un matted. Being young, she likes to play. Her favorite thing is to give her guardians the slip. Gareth is her newest guardian and is able to track Beth down.
One night changed everything for Beth. She let her heart rule her and ended up having to follow the rules for an un matted were. To complicate things, two men are trying for her heart. Who will she choose?
Bound by Fate is a hot read. Beth is a character that I would like to read more of, and know about her past? I hope Mandy Lou Dowson is working more in this series, because she is an author to discover!

Rising Smoke (Kindling Flames #3) by Julie Wetzel

Rising smoke…

SmokeRising

I received Smoke Rising from the publisher for an honest review…
The Ancient Fire series has been a must read from the first book, Kindling Flames: Gathering Tinder. Victoria is a mortal character that had no idea the other world existed until she took a job to be the personal assistant to Darien Ritter. Her life has changed greatly in the months that she has known him. She knows about the vampires and fae that are in her city.
Stolen Fire continues on from the first two books. It is amazing and it brings back Zak. Zak is a character that adds just enough in there to make the book even better. He has been attached to Victoria since her first visit to the lands of the fae.
Each books of the series adds more mystery to the characters and keeps the reader hooked onto every word. Julie Wetzel is an amazing new author and is currently writing book 4 of the series. I am looking forward for more Zak.

No Strings Attached (Strings #1) by Renee Swann

Love or friends?

NoStringsAttached

I got to beg Renee Swann for a copy of No Strings Attached for an honest review. No actually she thought I would enjoy her short story and asked if I would give an honest review. I am really glad I was able to…
I am not a huge novella fan. I personally think they are just too short and sometimes just don’t give enough for a story, but No String Attached gave me better opinion of novellas.
This is a super short and super cute book about 2 friends that are attracted to each other, but just aren’t sure if they want to take the plunge and transfer their friendship into something more. It really was a good story about how a relationship can start or just keep it as friends.
I highly recommend this for a short and super cute read. Tease, book .5 in the start of this series gives the book in Tony’s side.

The Celestine Sword (The Into Terratir Saga Book 2) by M.E. Cunningham

A new world

TheCelestineSword

I actually got to read an advanced copy a few weeks before this book was released.
Where to start.. Well.. this book definitely draws the reader in from page one. The book was even better because the characters are more developed and their lives in the world of Terratir have more of an impact.
For more then a year Zach and Lauren are back in their own world. Both of them have changed greatly from their first jump into the world of Terratir. Lauren especially is having a hard time adjusting from being away from the man she loves. No one believes what happened to her and her brother and she has been trying to do everything to go back. Eventually her and Zach were brought back to continue their quest.
This book is designed for the younger audience, but the author, ME Cunningham has made it enjoyable for everyone. I loved the different world that it was brought to. Eye of Tanub was awesome, but The Celestine Sword is just amazing. I am looking forward to book 3 to come out soon!
